I'm a Small Business Consultant with a deep passion for helping businesses flourish. I have over 13 years of experience in internal communications, branding, intranet and knowledge base management, employee productivity, leadership and employee engagement. With a robust foundation in Human Resource Management, earned through my bachelor's degree, and advanced expertise in Business Administration, acquired through my master's degree from Strayer University, I bring a unique blend of practical skills and theoretical knowledge. My academic journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics, strategic decision-making, and effective leadership. Professionally, I've worked on a variety of projects that made a significant impact on retention, camaraderie, knowledgebase/Intranet usage, and workflow process improvement. I genuinely care about each business I work with and treat it as if it were my own. My mission is to provide small businesses with the tools and strategies they need to thrive.
